Bought a 2019 Denali 1500 new in October 2019. Dealership offered pick up for vehicle service. They no longer offer this??? My truck had a vibration when I purchased it. Went back to the dealership several times for this to be corrected and they ended up changing out one bad tire. Truck has always had a vibration. 28,000 miles and I purchased new tire hoping to correct the issue. Still has a vibration. First of August called Hburg Walt Massey and got a service appt. No loaner vehicle available. So I took it down a ahead of time. Vibration, oil change, AC water dripping on something hot, a rattling noise when in park, and the brake pad sensor monitor came on while I was on the way to the dealership so I asked them to check this also. The service was at 7 am @ 3 pm I called to check. My vehicle was ready didn't feel any vibration. I asked if they changed the oil. Service tech said no he forgot to tell them because he was so concerned with the other stuff. I said it will be 30 minutes before I get down there can they go ahead and change the oil and he said no. When I got to the dealership service tech said everything was taken care of except the oil change I said ok. Cranked the truck up to leave and the first thing that showed up was the brake pad monitor message on the dash. Went back in the dealership and they said they didn't have anyone there to check on that could i come back tomorrow. I called Brandon, the service manager and he picked my truck up the next day for an oil change and to check the brake pad monitor. Still couldn't feel a vibration. So I talk to Mark a manager at the Hburg dealership and he said he wold look into it. Nobody could feel a vibration and they returned the truck to me. When people ride in my truck they always say whats that vibration?????? Grocery backs in the back seat shake like crazy but nobody at Walt Massey in Hattiesburg can feel a thing. I called Walt Massey in Lucedale on Tuesday to see if they would pick up my truck for a service. She said you are 100 miles away and we cant pick it up but I will get with someone in service and call you back. I called on Wednesday and the clerk said nobody and answered her e-mail. I called Thursday, and again today (Friday) and she said nobody has answered her e-mail. I guess I am going to contact GM and see since my truck is still under warranty.

I was contacted by Walt Massey leadership in an effort to rectify this situation. After a lengthy call, I am satisfied by the attention given by staff. Please disregard the post from Feb 12. I attempted to remove it and was unable to do so. I will purchase again from Walt Massey.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Walt Massey Automotive. The first purchase went well and I was very pleased. The recent purchase did not go so well. After a couple of months, my truck became incapacitated while I was out of town. I called Walt Massey to get help and Mr. Smith was very condescending and then would not return multiple phone calls. I will never purchase another vehicle from Walt Massey Automotive and suggest you don’t either.
