Welcome to Herrin Gear, the full experience: drop off your barely-used Chevy, wait weeks for a loaner, then receive a car that smells like a strip-club locker room had a housewarming party, so I had to drive around with the windows down and my business clothes mourning my dignity. They make you babysit the odometer because apparently loaners expire at 5,000 miles — mine was already at 4,900+. Kayla Everitt, “Clueless”, promises callbacks that are apparently as mythical as unicorns. When you finally corner the service manager, who looked like he’d just finished a late shift at the bar. He cheerfully tells you a pre-existing problem won’t be covered even though your warranty’s about to die at 36,000 miles. Bravo. If you want the worst service and a masterclass in indifference, buy from Herrin Gear. Otherwise, run. Herrin Gear: where competence goes on vacation. Bravo service Dept. Bravo!!

Pretty bad experience after a long drive with sales probably the lowest I’d rate an experience in 20 years. First time I went expecting to buy and left way better off going elsewhere!

in all my years of buying vehicles I have never experienced anything quite like this, the absolute worst dealership I have ever been to.from the general manager to the service writer and especially the 2 behind the sales counter are awful.they sold me a xxx and of course wouldn't stand behind it.had 2 transmissions in the span of 60 days, took 3 months to get xtra keys, never fixed the lift gate and constantly lied about several things
