Finance associate is very unprofessional. I inquired about a vehicle on a Thursday. Was told to do the finance application online. I completed it on Friday. Also ran a separate soft credit check with a different company. I was approved instantly. I finally spoke with someone again on Monday and was informed by the online sales representative that someone would reach out to me. I missed the call be immediately returned the call. The associate answered but did not represent himself as a associate. I explained I was already approved by a different company as he was looking over my online application to send it through their financing. He said that he would give me a call back. He didn't call back on Monday. So I called him back on Tuesday. He had not sent the application through. So he says he's getting right on it. He calls me back at 6pm wanting me to text my documents for my cosigner. At this point my grandfather had gone home. The next day we head to the dealership which is 82 miles away. Only to find out the vehicle was sold that morning. I found out by talking to the online sales representative, not the associate I had been speaking with. I personally wouldn't deal with this dealership again or recommend to anyone I know.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership. The salesman was pleasant and professional throughout. We were pleased with the value given for our trade-in and the discounts on the car we purchased. We certainly will consider Pine Belt Chevrolet the next time we purchase a car.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Our salesman, Royce, was quick to respond to all our needs and requests. We were able to pick out and purchase our car from their many choices in the same day.
