Bad Choice

Where to start, on 01-13-2022 me and my wife stopped into Ray Brandt for an oil change and after asking about trading in our lease vehicle to Wayne, we bought a brand new 2022 Chev Colorado which we wanted. The deal was decent and we walked away waiting for our new truck to arrive. We then received a call from Wayne saying our truck would be arriving on 01-20-2022 and we could pick it up on 01-21-2022 after some items were put on the truck. We did pick the truck up on that day at another location, with the plastic still on the seats, truck filthy but the worst part was that it was empty of gas and I ran out on my way to the gas station. Upon telling Wayne about this, he handed us the books, filled the gas tank up after I had already put $30.00 in it and said bring it in next week and I will have it detailed. What, that was supposed to be done before you pick it up, but with Wayne it gets done after, as Wayne was busy with another customer and we had already signed the paperwork. I took the truck home and cleaned it myself and even took the floor mats out of the plastic bag and put them on the floor. The next day I get a message from on star alerting me to ALL of my tires being low on pressure, as apparently they don't check them neither, one of them was 9 lbs low and they never even checked them before giving us the truck. Wayne was fast to show us that he was salesman of the month and showed us the belt at his desk, well it is apparent that he got it for volume NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be returning to Ray Brandt, even for service as they don't deserve our business. The manager was there when we told him about running out of gas and the truck not being cleaned and never talked to us or even asked, as it was very apparent we were upset. Now I am waiting for my survey from GM, they should know how you get treated at this dealership. If they don't care then I don't buy GM anymore.... Just an update, after calling and leaving a message to speak with the manager prior to writing this review, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Also notice no response from owner here, go figure. Official complaint filed, they can answer to them as I was charged over sticker with fees and had to prep my own new vehicle.....
