We recently purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride SX from Spring Valley Chevy in Minnesota, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Shopping from out of state (Illinois) can be stressful, but Neysa, our salesperson, made the entire process painless and incredibly smooth. Not only did she answer all of our questions quickly and honestly, but she also arranged to have the vehicle delivered right to our doorstep—a huge convenience that really set this dealership apart. The price was extremely fair and beat out every dealer we contacted in Illinois. On top of that, the vehicle came with a powertrain warranty, giving us extra peace of mind. The salesman, Willie, was great! Actually, the whole team was so friendly and treated us well. We drove 3 hours and 15 minutes to look at the Lincoln MKX that we purchased. They described the vehicle perfectly over the phone before we drove that far to look at it. It was worth the drive to find the vehicle we were looking for!
