I have been researching cars and located one I was interested in at Heartland - I felt their website was easy to navigate and they have made email contacts with me in follow up. I appreciate that during this time when I am trying to stay within the social distancing guidelines for our state, I will definitely check out their car when I am able to.

I did not actually buy a car from Heartland but did get the kind of help from their sales representative Ryan Stout, that to me showed a foundation of responsiveness and going that extra mile that seemed core to his nature. That was refreshing as he helped me to determine the value of my 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada - similar to one he had listed. Mine was rear-ended in an accident where the driver was distracted on her cell phone, failing to see I was stopped as was all traffic. Now her insurer was low balling me. Ryan offered his time sheerly to be of assistance. I have to believe this plays out as a benefit to any potential Heartland Motors customer when you want advice from someone you can trust to offer it with a conscience. Thanks, Ryan.
