I made an appointment a couple weeks ago after they they did a diagnostic on my car and said I need a new power steering motor. I made an appointment for seven in the morning to get my car back that day at 4 o’clock in the evening. I started calling to find out what was going on with my car. My service advisor. Brian never called me back. I walked in at 6 o’clock in the evening when he was walking out I asked him about it. He went in the office to check and came out and said they never got to it today because they were waiting for parts for another car friendly Chevrolet’s service department is pathetic. I will never use them again.
