I tried to buy an Equinox EV from Saline. Your offer to buy my 2022 Equinox was several thousand dollars below Blue Book value. I purchased a new EV today at a local dealership and got $18,000 trade-in as opposed to your offer of $13,000. I didn’t appreciate the lowball offer and will be sure to let my friends know to go elsewhere if they have a vehicle to trade.

Moving from Howell to Ypsilanti required local Chevrolet service center to be changed to Saline. I am happy experiencing customer service beyond expectations. Smiles, friendliness, & willing to communicate. Quick turn around: Wednesday my check engine light appeared. I called then dropped off Blazer overnight for tomorrow morning diagnostics. Thursday I received call and picked up vehicle. Delightful, fast & efficient service. Special thanks to Lori 202 for taking care of this service request. You're amazing!
