Well, I just learned something about Feldman of Novi.
Well, I just learned something about Feldman of Novi. They do not give you a complete Car Fax report. I purchased a Buick Enclave from them In May of 2022. I recently hit a deer and the deer totalled the car, too bad because I really loved that car. As the insurance is valuing the car they pull up a complete Car Fax report, similar to mine but mine was missing the page showing that the car had been in an accedent in 2021....Surprise, the value of my car just dropped. During the purchase of the car I noticed how it would drift to the right but the salesman said that always seemed to happen on the road he took me down....Wrong, had to get an allignment. When I first looked at the car it was filthy, when I went to pick it up, still filthy. They took it in the back for a quick clean, still left candy wrappers and dirt in the car and when they "buffed it" it looked like it had curved scratches all over it. Should have walked right then, but I needed the car. The license plate came into the dealership but was never mailed to me and I was never contacted that the plate had arrived. When I called, as I was leaving for vacation soon, I was told I could swing by and pick it up. No, you were to have mailed it to me weeks ago and it was sitting on someones desk, they had a porter drive it to me. Also, at closing they still had the Gold Star Super warrenty on the price even though I repeatedly asked for it to not be included. All in all, nice car, but bad shopping experiance. Now I am in the market for a Tohoe, they have a Tahoe, but I am driving an hour to avoid them.
