Viola, George, Drew and the rest of the team did a wonderful job helping understand the differences in the three vehicles we tested. Drew was knowledgeable on all the new technologies and helped us set up several of the new apps that will enhance our experience. It was all efficient, low pressure, high customer service experience.

I have worked with this dealer many times in the past. Always had a good experience until recently. My financial situation changed and I thought if anyone would be able to help me it would be Feldman. I had a budget to work with and needed a certain payment. I felt I was upfront and honest about my situation. I presented all my financial documents and asked to run my credit to see if I could get approved within my budget. I was told my credit was pulled and I was presented with a pre-approval within my target payment and I was thrilled. I had been approved with two other dealers prior to going into Feldman. Since I had worked with Feldman in the past I wanted to see what they could do. I called the two other dealers and told them I would be going with Feldman. I presented my pre-approval to my Trustee and there were some changes to the pre-approval that needed to be made. I called my Sales Rep Viola and told her the changes I needed. She had said that her Manager was gone for the day and he needed to update the approval but she would try to update it herself. The updates were made and the numbers were much different. We decided I would wait until the next day for the updated approval when the manager was back in. I received a call from Viola at 5 pm the next day. She informed me that she was unable to get me pre-approved. I asked her what the signed pre-approval was that I was presented with and had submitted to the Trustee. I was told that I was never really approved but that the pre-approval was just typed up for the Trustee to see. I realize that an approval is never guaranteed and maybe my situation is a hard one to work with. What I was looking for was someone to be up front, honest, and professional. All I needed to be told was that they were unable to help me. I would have been ok with that. What I am not ok with is being lied to, Especially by a dealer that my family and I have worked with in the past. I will never use Feldman in Novi ever again and will not recommend them to any friend, family member or client that I have.
