I was looking for a Nero (I had rented one and really liked it), the salesman made sure to get the exact model I wanted and the entire process was easy and professional. Thank you to my salesman DJ Brown and the sales manager Dan Kuna for helping me into my new Hybrid! I'm excited for 48mpg!!!

I called in response to a 2500HD they have received on trade in that was listed. The saleswoman, she told me of the keys being locked in the detail shop; of which she had no access to. Ok, understood...I took upon myself to drive the hour to thier facility to see this vehicle. To my dismay, the initial single picture of this said truck was in a different location (vs where she sent an SINGLE photo of) compared to where I found it, thus, the ONLY picture was from an angle from what did not show the disruptive damage from the opposite side. I do beware of future buyers of Tyler Chevrolet. To this day, the truck promised is still online, with no pictures. Fishers!

Joe our salesman did an outstanding job explaining the aspects of the Forte. He also sold us a Chevy Spark. We love both cars.
