Made an appointment with Mark. When I arrived he was on the phone. He never greeted me. He never got off the phone the whole i was there. I wandered around the dealership. Nobody bothered to assist the whole time. After 1/2 of looking, I finally left. 10 minutes later Mark calls me leaving message telling me he was sorry.but he had to take the call he was on. 3 minutes after that I think it was a sales manager who texted me asking how much experience was. Really? I leave in disgust as nobody seemed that interested in helping or really wanting to sell a car. Now they want to know how my experience was? Well, you suck and lost a ready.to go sale. I am in the market for a car. There are a lot of dealers around. I sure won't be coming back here.

My van needed a part to fix a problem with the dome

My van needed a part to fix a problem with the dome light, dealership ordered part, when part come in, that information wasnt relayed to service dept (kelly) but instead part was given to mechanic, of course he dont call customers to inform of coming in, but over 2 weks later i call parts dept and they tell me its there, so again no call to schedule, so i show up to get work done, and to my disappointment, mechanic says he cant install it that day, why would their not be a list of customers that have parts come in so service can call customer???? That really makes no sence to me!!!! McDonalds chev can someone make this list for service so they can do their jobs correctly? And people like me can have confidence in the dealership…
