It went well. However, I was told that if I signed up for the GM rewards credit card, I would not have to pay the down payment for several months. That turned out to be false. The credit card wants payment 30 days from the vehicle purchase date.

I always had good experiences at Wally Edgar Chevrolet so I returned when my check engine light came on with reduced engine power. After paying for repairs it seemed as though they did nothing because I had the same issues. I called to let the Dealership know the vehicle was being towed back to them & I was transferred to the Service Desk Voicemail. This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They are deceptive, lying to my face saying they did not have my vehicle, they have no voicemail for the Service Desk, the tow truck driver never spoke to anyone there & don't have my key fob. After getting a ride to I found the vehicle myself. After I drove home to get my spare key fob they found mine at the Service Desk. I refused to authorize repairs & will be taking it somewhere else. Dealerships that do business like this will not have much business in the future.

A very fulfilling service experience. Everyone I met with was friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done quicker than expected and very reasonably priced. I will be returning to service my vehicle in the future.
