They do a good job and are really nice people to work
They do a good job and are really nice people to work with. I feel that in both their sales and service departments they make sure the job is done well and at a fair price.

I came in for certified service after my check engine
I came in for certified service after my check engine light came on and I honestly was not impressed. I checked in with Dan, who struck me as the kind of guy whom I should be weary of his smile, but didn’t let it bother me much. Given I was under certified warranty, I wasn’t expecting to have any charges, but he told me I would have to pay for the inspection and likely the service as my bumper to bumper was expired. This information turned out to be false, which was perfectly okay, but I was very confused about both the charges I was expecting and the services being done during the phone call that succeeded the inspection. He zipped through everything and I could tell he would get annoyed if I asked for clarity. His driving point was to sell me service I wouldn’t need for another month two when I am anticipating my next oil change. I asked him to only do the service I came in for, and told myself I will figure out the details when I pick up my car. I saw the irritation show at the dealership when I asked for that clarity. I knew it was close to closing time, but I was brief and considerate, and actually chose to forgo asking more questions since he made it abundantly clear that he was “just headed out the door.” I wasn’t going to mention this experience, but then I thought more last night when filling my tires with air at a gas station. I was in need of air when I took my car in for service, and I had no idea what I was getting into at this dealership so didn’t necessarily expect it, but in afterthought I know my home dealership would’ve made the effort to fill the tires following a vehicle inspection that flagged the issue, because they did it for me before I drive it off the lot. Given that Dan suggested I fill out the survey to “let everyone know what an awesome guy [he is],” I am saddened to say I think otherwise. This experience has made me want to travel to Vicksburg for further service while I’m here for school. I feel as though I got bare minimum service, at best.
