I had such an awesome experience working with Steve Vanderlinde at Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids! From start to finish, he made the car-buying process easy, comfortable, and actually fun. There was zero pressure—just honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I left the dealership feeling confident and excited about my new car. Huge thanks to Steve and the Berger team for going above and beyond! I also want to give a big shoutout to Nick Butler for making the financing process smooth and stress-free. He was upfront about everything, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I got the best possible rate. His professionalism and transparency made me feel completely at ease. After “working with” other dealerships that could not and did not try to help me trade in my vehicle and get something else, I went Berger by chance. After a couple of months dealing with other places and them only offering about half the value of my trade in; I met Carsen Deleeuw. He took great care of me and did better than I even hoped and faster. I stumbled upon them during the 28th street cruise and will now always go here for sales.
