..........Dishonest Cant be Trusted............ Two weeks ago I saw a 2021 Honda Civic EX for sale here ( I get all my oil changes here on another car btw a loyal customer here ) The sales woman I talked to said it had a 170 Multipoint Inspection then she just disappered. Then the used car manager Tom Nanni said it only had a " Stop and go Inspection" Big differance. thats why they couldnt produce a inspection check off document. The windshield was so dirty on the inside I could write my name on it IV never seen a Dealer show a car this filthy. Carfax said : Accident Moderate Damage it hit a parked car Front impact Left front impact Right front impact Right side Impact Airbag deployed. Carfax showed the car at multiple Dealerships and Auctions That being said you have to do alot of homework to get it checked out. I had talked to 3 Honda Dealerships about a Honda plan so I was covered after the sale Was referred to Pure Honda what a joke that place was. It took a week to line up a inspection and line up Honda care to learn the car got taken from me blindsided before I had time to react to salvage the deal at 5pm today 11-3-25. Nobody ever mentioned that I needed to secure it in any way. NOBODY! I was told it was mine I just needed to finish a inspection which I lined up as well as the Honda care, which is documented. Cars have been my life for 45 years and I consider myself an expert in Mechanical and Paint and Body I know what Im doing and how to cover myself after a sale especially with the History of this car that had a Moderate Damage Accident with 2 airbag deployments and multiple trips to the auctions. I was communicating all day with this Dealer and they know it then they wait until 5pm to drop the call and tell me the car was taken by someone else. This is not acceptable way of doing business. Integrity is Paramount at every Dealership clearly nailing that sale was most important to this place, no matter the costs. All Veterans do not do business at this place they do not have your back and they will indeed turn on you to get that sale without any notice. So with all my efforts I come away with nothing but Insult. Im a made man and a Veteran and expect to be treated with respect. The buck stops with the Ownership and this is how they allow their Sales people to conduct business with a loyal customer at that!

You inspected this vehicle over multiple weeks while pointing out cosmetic quirks that are period-correct for a 2021 Honda. Your concerns about orange peel, emblem positioning, minor bulbs, and paint texture were noted. Throughout that time, you expressed repeated concerns that indicated the vehicle did not meet your standards. At no point did you secure the vehicle with a signed purchase agreement, credit application, or deposit despite being offered those options. Without one of those items, we cannot hold a vehicle for an indefinite period, and no promises were made that the vehicle was reserved. Our pre-owned vehicles receive a basic safety inspection focused on start, stop, and steer components. Full cosmetic detailing occurs after a sale is finalized and prior to delivery. This is standard practice. When another customer chose to move forward and commit to the purchase, we notified you immediately. That is fair and consistent treatment for every customer. It is also important to address behavior. During your visits, several comments were made that were inappropriate, racially offensive, and included references to being a “made man,” possessing weapons, and holding veteran status as leverage. We do not tolerate threats, intimidation, or discriminatory language toward our staff under any circumstances. Our employees deserve a respectful and professional environment. We value all customers, including those who have serviced older vehicles with us previously, but respect works both ways. Vehicles are sold to those who complete the process, not those who prolong it indefinitely. We wish you the best of luck in your continued search.

Terrible place , bought car AS IS , not j owing it was not inspected and it blew up the next day … I now have a bank Loan and no car , terrible …

We strive to treat every customer with honesty and transparency, and we want to reiterate the facts surrounding your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings. The BMW you purchased was clearly represented as an AS-IS vehicle. This was disclosed in multiple ways: A prominently displayed AS-IS sticker in the window of the vehicle Final purchase paperwork that explicitly stated no dealer warranty Multiple documents reviewed and signed at the time of purchase, including over ten initialed or signed acknowledgments that confirmed your understanding of the vehicle’s AS-IS status Additionally, we informed you that the vehicle had not undergone an inspection, and we encouraged you to have it inspected by a mechanic of your choice prior to finalizing the purchase. You declined that opportunity. We also offered you a vehicle service contract that could have covered situations like this, which you also chose not to purchase. The vehicle was sold on August 15th and, to our knowledge, operated without issue for 27 days. We did not receive any communication from you until September 10th, which is a significant time after the sale. We understand that this is a stressful time for you and that car issues are never welcome—especially now. Our intention is not to add to your stress, but simply to ensure clarity on the facts and the terms agreed upon at the time of sale.
