I’ve been purchasing and servicing my vehicle vehicles at James Martin Chevrolet for years. Recently, my vehicle check engine light came on. For most of us, this is an anxiety. However, I knew I could take it to the service team at James Martin Chevrolet and they would get me taken care of. That’s exactly what they did. A big thanks to the service manager, Diann along with Dorothy. Diann was exceptional and engaging as I arrived at the dealership. She provided some advance details on how the service would be conducted for my vehicle and some options I had. Additionally, Dorothy regrouped with me, letting me know the status and what was involved in completing the necessary repairs. As always, I find their service team to be approachable, professional, and relaxed in nature. You’re already stressed out about the status of your vehicle. I imagine that the service team and technicians experience conditions that are not always ideal and sometimes chaotic. However, they always make you feel like you’re number one and they’ve got you covered. My experience has been I’m always taken care of, and on my way with no issues. So grateful for that.
