Great experience, website pricing was accurate of what I got when I went in. No hidden fees or charges other than a documentation fee that all dealers charge. Overall, a good buying experience and would recommend them to family and friends!

Horrible Ignorant Service Manager

I’ve always had great experiences at lannan till this morning when I brought my truck in for warranty work, I showed up for my 8 O’clock appointment and no one was there but the snowplows. At 8:45 the service manager arrived and ask who are you I told him I was a customer with an 8 O’clock appointment he replied you know there’s a Nor Easter we didn’t think someone would come in a snow storm to get an oil change I said I called before I came in and there was no notice about being closed he said John should have called you and let you know I said well he didn’t and he said well some people don’t listen replying to his parts employee and one of the service technicians and he said some people don’t have any common sense replying to me showing up for my appointment on time. Typical blame the customer for their own stupidity.
