Extremely disappointing that nobody can follow up and provide any information on when my vehicle can be seen, what the status is of parts, when I can expect my issues to be resolved. To having an appointment scheduled, then taking more than a day and a half for my car to even be seen to not be without my car for 2+ days to pick up my car only to not have it be completed and still have issues and still now a week later not knowing what the status is and when my issues will be resolved, it's just xxxx poor Service. I'm sorry.

I had an appointment at 10:30 and I wasn't taken until 11:10. At 12:30 when my vehicle was ready and I went to check out, the girl had gone to lunch and nobody could check me out. For an oil change in a tire rotation and they ended up changing my wipers, I was there for two hours waiting. Unacceptable. I didn't get out of there until 12:50 by the time the girl came back and I was able to check out.

I bought a 2014 silverado here and had it serviced almost exclusively at Nucar and always very satisfied. Now I bring my 2022 Silverado here to Nucar Lannan Chevrolet. I would 100%recommend them for a purchase or service. Quality starts at the top and everyone here cars about the product they're presenting.
