I'm supersized GM allows this place to continue to operate. I purchased a used truck. i found out a moth or so later that where the bed attached to the frame is totally rotted and unsafe. The manager I talked to basically said tough. He also told me the used car manager would be calling me back the same day. Yeah that never happened. I wish I had read the online reviews at the BBB and other places before i gave them a dime of my money.

WARNING! Absolute WORST Customer Service experience EVER!
On 11/11/19, I brought my brand-new Colorado (had it for 5 days) to Liberty Chevrolet in Wakefield due to the appearance of a check engine light that was caused by an Exhaust Emission Issue. After 3 days of not hearing from the Service Dept. I made several calls to find out the status of my vehicle. Several times I was put on hold for long periods of time (> 3mins) and often I was disconnected while on hold. Finally, I asked to speak to the Service Manager (Amando) about the status of my truck and was told he would get back to me. A few hours later I received an email stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. 30 mins later, Amando called me to ask if he could keep the truck to have a more experienced mechanic look into the issue because the emission readings were still high and they were looking at another truck at the same time that had a similar issue. I agreed to let them keep the vehicle and continued to call the next few days to check on the status of my truck and the availability of a loaner vehicle. Each time they were still looking at the truck and had no vehicles available for me to use. On 11/18, I reached out to Chevy Customer Service to express my concerns I had with my vehicle and the service that was being provided. On 11/19, I spoke with Amando and stated I would no longer be calling every day and would be waiting for a call from Liberty when my vehicle was repaired, or loaner vehicle became available. Several phone calls back and forth took place with Chevy Customer Service over the next week about the status of my truck and still no calls were received from the Liberty Service Department. On Tuesday 11/26 around 5pm, I had a conversation with the Chevy Customer Service rep and she stated Liberty wanted to give me my vehicle to use over the holiday and would have me bring it back when they had a loner vehicle available for me. I then stated that the next day would be day 15 and under the MA Lemon Law I would be within my right to request a refund and was now planning to return my truck to GM. Approximately 1 hour later I received an email from Liberty Chevrolet stating my vehicle was repaired and available to be picked up. At this time of the night all I was able to do was leave messages at the GM Customer Service line and for Amando at Liberty questioning what was going on. On Wednesday 11/27 Amando called me to say my vehicle was all set. I told him I wouldn’t be able to get there until after 6pm to pick up the vehicle and it could be left outside for me to pick up. I went by Liberty at 7:30 pm and the vehicle was not there. On Friday 11/29 I went to Liberty to see what the status was and spoke with Amando and was handed a service break down that included a statement “customer refused to pickup vehicle” I asked for that to be removed from the diagnostic sheet because it was untrue but he would not. He had a tech retrieve my vehicle for me to take home. Come to find out my keys were locked in the vehicle in the rear lot. When I did finally gain access to the vehicle, I realized that during the 19 days the vehicle was at Liberty it accumulated approximately 135 miles and had a coffee tray, creamers, straws and napkins left for me on the passenger-side floor. At no point during this experience was I offered a substitute vehicle or compensation for going without my brand-new truck OR a means of transportation for 19 days.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
