My experience with pride is great and my service representative Morgan was excellent it was a pleasure dealing with pride Chevrolet and with Morgan.you should be proud she works for your company.raise would not hurt and hopefully you keep her around for a long time.

They quickly determined my front camera was bad.
They quickly determined my front camera was bad. Ordered the new part and quickly put it in. Great fast service. However i now hear a rattling noise from the camera enclosure so im guessing its a loose cable connection. Ill have to call them for a resolution

They had my work truck and plow for two weeks and ended
They had my work truck and plow for two weeks and ended up ordering the wrong part. I also asked them to change light bulbs that I provided, and that was never done. Because a snowstorm was coming, I had to pick up the truck as-is. When I did, they had actually made the plow wiring worse, to the point where I couldn?t plow at all. Despite no meaningful work being completed on the truck or plow, I was still charged $500 for labor. This situation is unacceptable. Someone needs to reach out to me to address this issue.
