If your in the market for a new or used vehicle, check out Nucar Chevy of Lowell. I bought two vehicle's (Chevy Tahoe & Volkswagen Atlas) there this past year, and I couldn't be any happier with them. From the staff in the sales department to the service department, I have no complaints. The staff is knowable, professional, and accommodating. What you see is what you get. My salesman Steve Alterio, was great to work with and had an answer for every question I asked, My every demand was addressed and he kept me up to date throughout the whole car buying process. He explained everything in layman's terms and covered everything from gap insurance to extended warranty information, beyond other things. At the end of the day, I was one happy customer. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, don't just take my word for it, check them out yourself. 1. The car was checked in with the wrong mileage. 2.
1. The car was checked in with the wrong mileage. 2. There was no sticker to remind of next oil change. 3. No reset to car or GM app to update oil life, tire pressure etc. 4. Lugnut-unlock was not returned to envelope and glove box. It was handed to me as I was checking out. (3 of 4 I didn’t notice until I returned home. So I had to return to dealership to correct the rest)
