Took advantage of an elderly woman with a GMC. Very disappointed. This company needs to hire better people who don’t charge an extra $600 for a repair that takes less than an hour. Hepsibah has technicians make u services for extra money & labor. Very sad. She should find another job. She has been doing this for a long time from what we all hear and have experienced. The technicians are all in on it too. There’s one particular advisor and technician that are together that normally scam people. Unfortunately, they like to hit fences or other cars, and then claim the damage was already there before. Not true. And then you, as the advisor, have to tell a customer a repair cost $500 that wasn’t there before. It’s humiliating. All of the technicians either drink or smoke while working on cars. There is one of them that doesn’t. Broken tail lights, bumpers, you name it, these boys will break everything that they touch. There are some good people that work at this facility. Sarah specifically. She goes above and beyond, she does her job very well. Hepzibah lies and deceives everybody, She steals money from elderly people right out of their pockets without them, knowing and she does drink on the job occasionally. Very unprofessional. She gossips, bullies her coworkers. Will be contacting BBB.
