I had a tire rotation, but they did not correct thier
I had a tire rotation, but they did not correct thier inflation after the rotation. As a result all four tires are in need of air, and two are in the RED condition. Because it is a 40 mile round trip, I will have to correct the situation at a local friendly garage.

This was my first time at Herb Connolly and it was an impressive experience. From ease of scheduling online to the professionalism of the staff (Aeryn Kiewicz was my rep) to quotes provided on handheld devices to the waiting area which had a separate room which made it easier to get work done, everything about the experience was fantastic. Aeryn also did a great job of following up proactively a few days later with a quote for a replacement part that my vehicle needs.
