Bottom line horrrrible people and business ethics. They sold me a car 2016 Escalade last year. Nothing but problems with vehicle. At time of purchase, they informed it was owner of dealerships personal car and well cared for. As soon as I started having problems with it I began to document all contact though email with them and also did some research. Well turns out they bought the car from a auction in Michigan after it had been in two accidents with deployed airbags and structural problems. I asked in email if it was ever in accident, sales manager RALPH CLOUGH and service manager mr. Rad along with another lied to me in person and In email, stating it have never been in a crash. Even still I gave them the chance to make it right after brining car back in for repeated problems to make deal right. They refused to own their poor business ethics and bring a solution forth. I have a pending laws suit against them due to this. I would certainly stay away from these shady xxxx bags

I was in the dealership on Monday 9/4. I was in a lease and had went way over my miles. I have also had financial issues in the last year. Amesbury was able to get me out of my lease and into a car with a lot of incentives to reduce the negativity equity. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and I will continue to go back. Eric is great and I would recommend asking for him. No pressure, just gives you the facts and your best options. Karyn in finance was also great. I would highly recommend you check out Amesbury Chevy before purchasing and see what they can do for you.
