My experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville was mixed. The salesperson I worked with, Maysam, was excellent, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He deserves a lot of credit. Unfortunately, communication and follow-through from management were frustrating. A tire was flat when I was about the leave the dealership, it went flat again on my way home and that is when I found a nail. I was told to take it to a shop to get fix and Ourisman would cover the cost, but management would only agree to replace one tire despite being advised otherwise by a tire shop. I was promised callbacks that did not happen. When asked why I was told they were busy because of Black Friday. After several call backs I spoke with a sales manager named Mert said he understood by frustrations and would take of my problems. It has been over a month and there have been no resolutions to my problems. Additionally, my temporary tag has expired, and I still have not received permanent tags or a clear update. The sales staff did their best, but management follow-through needs improvement. The 1 star is for the dealership as a whole, but Maysam deserves a 5 star.
