The dealership was wonderful. My new car was right there on the show room floor! Jacob was awesome, and believe me, he deserves a medal for dealing with my husbands unique Philly/Jersey demeanor. I had to go back a couple times after purchasing the vehicle so he could help me with my onstar. He was patient and very helpful! All in all I would recommend Hertrich Chevy and Jacob to anyone!!

We purchased a car for my mother-in-law yesterday at Hertrich Chevrolet of Pocomoke, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Jake J.. We began communicating with Jake via text the day before our visit and then drove three hours to pick up the vehicle. From start to finish, Jake was responsive, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with—both remotely and in person. He truly values his customers’ time, and because of that, we were in and out of the dealership within an hour, which we greatly appreciated.
