They will not help you after you have paid for your new vehicle! It has been almost 7 months and I still don't have a title for my truck! I'm having to retain a lawyer in hopes of getting a title for my brand new truck

My service appointment was at 2:00pm on Aug.18th. I arrived at 1:45 pm. I was told to take a seat in the waiting room. I sat for 45 minutes without anyone advising me of any delays. John (service advisor) said I need to register you. He stated he was overwhelmed and said he was only partially responsible. I asked to speak to the service manager. John pointed behind him having Dave R. ( service manager) lounging/reclining in the chair. I stated to Dave R. this should never have occurred especially with 3 other service advisers standing around a small table in idle chatter. One of the 3 should have assisted John. Dave R. made a comment but was inaudible. I sat for add't 5 minutes when I approached Dave R. who was in idle conversation with the 3 advisers. I asked the names of the other advisors. Dave quoted " NO. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS." I thought my business was with Jerry's Chevrolet since I purchased the car from them. Their service department is disorganized, poor management and no regard for their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE NOR PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM.
