Dina Bartolomeo is the best Service Advisor that I have dealt with in my 38 years of buying cars. She's professional,knowledgable, kind, considerate, and passionate about making sure her customers are taken care of. I had made my mind up that Criswell Chevrolet would not be servicing my 2024 C8 ever again in the near future but Dina stepped in and cleared up an unpleasant experience that was taking place during my first visit at Criswell. Thanks to her my C8 can continue to be in the best hands of Corvette Technicians on the East Coast!!
