Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie has the worst service
Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie has the worst service department that I have ever seen. I take my car in for a simple oil change and I leave with my tire pressure monitor system not working. I believe these guys disabled my system in order to coerce me into spending $280 per tire to fix it. Clearly an effort to blackmail me into letting them fix my TPMS. When I complained to the service writer Bob Hoffman and service manager Mike, and the service director Chris, they were dismissive and gave me the classic service department double talk that the give customers that don't know any better. They could care less how I (their customer felt). They also tried to tell me that my vehicle had critical service needs that had already been done by them. I say again ALREADY DONE BY THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have a record of it. All in an effort to make money. This is a crooked operation and I would advise anyone to beware of Ourisman Chevrolet Service Department in Bowie. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.
