Wait time is too long for basic auto up keep.

Wait time is too long for basic auto up keep. 5 hours to rotate tires and oil change is not acceptible. Apointment times are not worth making one. All you folks want is drop the car off to quirk and take time to do service on you time. Never adhere to scheduled service. So, why take appointments? I had one at 11 am to do the above and didnt get done till after 3 pm.
