Clifton, the Service Writer, was simply amazing. He was kind, polite, respectful, coureous, all the good things I could say about a person, that was Clifton. The service was completed promptly, and exceeded my expectations for the time it took, and the price they charged. Keep this guy, he's a game changer in the service department! :-)

bad recall repair

They done me wrong. Then they want me to tow the car in at my expense to repair what they done in 2011. Told me I didn't respond to a recall. How could I when they disabled my car. Oil everywhere, they said they replaced some sparkplug retainers. Why would that cause oil to run down over the exhaust manifolds? When I first asked for help they flat out refused and told me no help, none would be offered because of this screw up. I have held onto the car for ever and now it is not worth any repairs. So they tell me , tow it in and we will inspect the problem. It just goes round and round with excuses to no end. Seems I'm supposed to believe it's all my fault for ne paying a car carrier at my expense to deliver this car to them. Nobody at GM will help me either, saying that I didn't respond to a said recall after my car was deemed unsafe for use. I asked if they would pay for any charges and of course I was told no. GM's own lemon laws say something different, odd huh?

Great service in the amount of time promised!

I had a scheduled appointment and the time frame was an hour and a half. It took a little less than that. I forgot my glasses in my car and Jacob was very nice and went and got them for me. My cost was what I was quoted, which was great considering the price of everything is increasing right now. Dan came out to say hello and see how my previous problems had been fixed. India and Amber are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
