rude. discourteous. disrespectful. uncaring. unprofessional. i recommend they fire everyone and start over, this place is ridiculous. i’ve been complaining about my brakes since my first 5,000 mile service. it wasn’t documented until the 10,000 mile service. after calling ANOTHER dealership, they told me that it would have had to been fixed before 7,500 miles. sounds like service chevrolet doesn’t wanna help their customers whatsoever or do their job. the service advisor that xxxxed me over doesn’t even work there anymore so i can’t even speak to him or have him be held accountable. which, at this point i wouldn’t work there either. i waited an entire hour to pick up my car. the advisor that HAD my car told me I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE TECH TO COME BACK FROM LUNCH before i could pick it up. to be quite frank i really don’t give a xxxx who is at lunch or not, i’d like my vehicle back. then was told they couldn’t “duplicate” my brake noise. when they finally got off their xxx and drove my car up under the bay, you could audibly hear my brakes. the runner agreed he could hear them, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away from me as i was speaking to him. who the xxxx do yall have working for yall? this is supposed to be a business? then on the paper it said i denied the repairs. no i denied the $245 GREASE yall wanted to put to silence the brakes. if yall offered that, then it sounds to me like yall heard the brake noise. he didn’t even bring up the carplay issue i was having. these issues are painfully obvious when you get inside the car but yet they couldn’t duplicate or see what i was talking about. i would bet my dog that they never looked at the car. this place is insane and unbelievable. if they even read all the way down to this line, i’d be surprised.
