Displeasure in Service
Brought my 2019 GMC truck in for warranty work and oil change/tire rotation. Set up appointment on Friday to bring in the truck on Monday and would be waiting. After 3 hours of waiting customer service informed me after they did oil change and tire rotation that it would be another 5 hours to do warranty work. (change thermostat) When I told them I was not going to wait another 5 hrs and if they had a courtesy vehicle that I could use they said they didn't have one available. At that point I informed them of my displeasure of their service and was very displeased with them. They aventually found me a courtesy car and said they would try and get the work done in a couple of hours. At this point I am home awaiting their call. Let's see how long it takes. More to come on the situation.
