Talked to them a few times, pre approved, they sent me a paper that says we will pay off your current loan. I even read the small print. Went up there and I would have a 10k rollover. What a waste of time. I wont go there ever!!! Not to buy new not to trade in, I will take my money elsewhere when I am in the market for a new car. Horrible business.
