Went to see a truck that they mistakenly told me they had
Went to see a truck that they mistakenly told me they had but did not. Ended up making a deal on a cab and chassis the end of October and a Was told it would be available with the dump bed in a few weeks. I didn’t get it until mid January. I asked Many time for updated and never received one. There was supposed to be two keys when I picked it up but there was only one. Just like with all the other many issues with this purchase, champion refused to own any fault with that and said they would have a guy call me about getting a key made? Guess what? I never got a call. I forgot to say that I was told they were going to deliver my truck to me because of the unbelievable delay but when it arrived back at champion they told me to come get it? When I asked about the delivery no one responded. I gave them $70k to be treated as if I was loitering?? Where in the world did customer service go?
