I bought a truck from them about a month ago and had them
I bought a truck from them about a month ago and had them deliver it to me. I was told that once the vehicle is delivered the sale is final and the vehicle is for sale “as is”. So before I agreed to the vehicle I asked multiple questions. Check engine light on? Any rust? Everything solid? Salesman response was truck went through a “140 point inspection, there’s no rust and no check engine light”. Truck was delivered, although this is partially my fault I did not crawl under to look. But after a few days of owning the truck. Check engine light came on. Noticed the truck is full of rust underneath and starting on the wheel well. Truck needed an alignment as well as replace idler and pitman arm as well as tie rods. After calling the dealership about the vehicle problems I was told “No one was holding a gun to your head”. I will never do business with them again and would recommend that to anyone else.

Bought a used F150, and within three days I had a
Bought a used F150, and within three days I had a mechanical issue. Which I can understand, it was used. Turns out it was the starter. Took it the dealer service center and had to pay $900 out of pocket because they would refuse to pay for it. Or even help. They did not pay for a rental either while it was being serviced. It took another 3 whole days to get into contact with somebody. The GM was selling to customers while I waited on the phone. The GM of Crestwood told me “you buy used cars as is” and “the starter is on you” Me and my Family have done our last business with Glenn Chevrolet in Crestwood. The GM does not stand behind his product our care about the customers he sells to. It’s all about money…
