From start to finish, Adam at Flaherty Chevrolet was professional, patient, and straightforward. When he was out of the office, Chris stepped in and answered every question like we’d been his own customers for years. We drove over 6 hours to see the vehicle, and they made sure it was ready when we arrived. Adam greeted us out front, pointed out a few small flaws (which they were already fixing), and went on a detailed test drive with us. There was no pressure, no games — just honest, small-town customer service. The sales manager even came out to thank us for making the trip. They worked fairly with us on trade value and price and made the whole experience enjoyable. I will never recommend flaherty Chevrolet we bought a kia sorento 2016 on may-19-25 and first week we had it kept making a popping noise on passenger side called the service department they had us bring it in fixed that the next week we had it the check engine light and battery light and oil light came on and we took it in said they would bring it back in 1000 miles and within 2 days they all came on again and they said they don't know anything about kias to take to kia dealer did that and they said catalytic converter 4500 quote and then I called flaherty Chevrolet and they said bring it to them so on the way it died 3xs and started making a horrible noise and finally got it there they were gonna trade us but then went to check out vehicle said engine was blew up and said no trade and no rental car and left it there so service department could check it out then had it towed to kia and 2 weeks later still there nothing done to it and we had to pay first payment on july-3-25 the day it blew up at flaherty Chevrolet so no vehicle no rental paying on a vehicle that they knew was trash it's a lemon
