Vehicle still sounds horrible. They replaced a motor several months ago. We have took it back because of how it sounded and was running. Then, the vehicle would shut off then when you started it again it would just shake and shut off. Checked under the hood after the vehicle was off for a while and checked the oil. Oil blew everywhere. Had it towed to the dealership. Paid out of pocket for them to replace what they needed too. Picked up the vehicle and it still sounds absolutely horrible. They claim everything checked out okay.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.

I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. The end result is that our warranty did actually cover the defective parts and we paid nothing for our repairs. In addition, when we picked up our van the service manager Russ came out to speak with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my repair.
