Claudia gave awesome service and was very patient.
Claudia gave awesome service and was very patient. We were browsing after our vehicle was totaled. Claudia went with us to look at a different vehicle during a test drive and was patient explaining different features and going through financing. Would definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I am writing as a loyal customer with three vehicles purchased and serviced through Don Hatton Chevrolet in Park City, including a Chevy 2500 Z71 from April 2025, a used Mercedes from August 2025, and a Duramax 5500 Entourage. I have encountered several unresolved issues. First, I was required to purchase a $799 paint protection plan that couldn’t be removed from the bill of sale. Now, the paint protection on my Mercedes is peeling, and I’m told it’s not covered. Second, I was promised unlimited car washes with all vehicles, but after a few washes, that promise was rescinded. Finally, for my 2024 Duramax 5500 Entourage, a simple fuse box cover was broken and is not being covered under warranty.

Don Hattan Chevrolet was founded in 1949 and is the oldest dealership in Wichita. Don Hattan was a Chevrolet Motor Division Accounting Manager when the opportunity arose to purchase a Chevrolet store. Jim Hattan assumed operational duties in 1979 and led the company through expansion for the next two decades. Jill Hattan became the general manager in 2002 and dealer principal in 2010.
