Worst Experience Ever!!!

Purchased GM vehicles for my entire life. Worst experience with the sales team in any industry. 4 weeks I was told a car bumper would be painted in order for me to purchase a used car from the lot. First salesperson never followed through and was fired. There was no process for my inquiry to be handed off to another member of the sales team. I called and received a second person who assured me the car bumper would be painted. I followed up with him twice to ensure a date was scheduled for the car bumper to be painted. I called back the day before the car bumper was scheduled to be painted and they had sold the car the weekend before. The first week of calling on the car I was pre approved, and then approved through the finance manager for the car. The agreement was the car bumper would be painted, and then I would purchase the car after final review. Called to speak with a sales manager was transferred to the wrong sales manager, was then transferred to someone else, who then transferred me to another person who hung up on me. I called back asking to speak with a sales manager and the individual I spoke with said he would talk to me about the situation as all the managers were in a meeting. I assume he was an assistant sales manager. Spoke my side of the story that I was strung along for 4 weeks when I was ready to purchase the car the first week, the sales team never followed through with their promise, I had to follow up each step of the way, and the car was sold when I was planning my week to drive to pickup the car. The individual stated it was not their process to commit to painting the car prior to sale and couldn't help me in any way or offer anything forward for future business and did not even try for future business. This experience completely changed my outlook on sales, sales teams and customer service. I own 2 businesses and neither will purchase a car from this place until there is a change. Worst experience ever.

Oh my experience with John my salesman was wonderful I go to buy a GMC Dinali 3500to pull my machine with My credit sucks so it’s understandable they have to have a decent size down payment I offer 20,000 down I will see if that’ll work come back stay no not good enough well I end up leaving I get down to about mole Creek my phone rings imagine that come on back we got it figured out oh they don’t tell me Tell done signing papersI said what changed your mind oh we just need $25,000 down oh my xxxx no whatever I need a truck I did it drove straight home went to leave for work something terribly happens I don’t know white smoke it’s so bad cars cannot see how much calls accidents fire department comes out thanking trucks on fire but which is no problem they have the tow truck come right out they take it in at first I wasn’t gonna give me my my money back till the next day which is understandable because by this time after they got the car hours later or not car the truck banks are closed I understand all I said was give me a truck I don’t care what it is I have to get my loader to the job well it’s just not that easy but they give me a dodge which I’m OK with it was my machine now the truck I wanted Cost more money I said that’s fine whatever my truck I want to who cares tint the front windows for me and always give me one more key all you gave me was a single xxxxing key no key fob no nothing so I asked him could you please make this happen I’ll have a guy come to your job site perfect works for me try calling nobody responds Joe responds I’ll see what’s up with that never heard nothing back imagine that you were just saying after a customer doesn’t get his vehicle he wants $27,500 down you would think they would try to take care of his customer but no I’m stuck with the truck I didn’t wantNo deal at all sent me home with an empty tank they were offered a detail or something you would think but no two months later no key fob no tinted windows 10,000 more dollar truck than I wanted and already have my money can’t take it nowhere else needed the truck but they could’ve just helped me out a little bit but thank you John he was awesome great salesman I would’ve recommended this company to anybody I think her just followed through with a little bit of appreciation giving me the key I need the tent I needBut it is what it is they do have them have an awesome mechanic team been Razo he’s a bad xxx great mechanic I would think the office we do more to try to help their valued customers out and follow through with commitments my warranty supposed be top line Warranty bragging about it he bragged and bragged labout how great it isAnd again my fault for not trusting him and reading the paper myself it’s so xxxxing greatest 30 days 30 day warranty so great but I signed the paper so that’s on me just never trust what comes out of somebody’s mouth and shakes your hand because nowadays a man’s handshake means xxxx !! This review was brought to you by Daniel Jones after talking to other customers others that have the same complaints their cars are literally brought in on the trailer from options and throw them straight to the lot so I would suggest looking them over with a mechanic before buying getting in writing what you want from them because their word means nothing I’m sad I have to write a review never gave anybody a bad review my life but when you pay $27,500 down they should treat you a little bit better and at least give you a key fob

One of Kansas City‘s worst dealership

I went to Victory Chevrolet Buick in Paola to buy a car They tried to get me to let them finance the car after I told them several times my credit union was financing it after buying the car I noticed they pulled my credit without my approval telling me I needed to sign for the purchase agreement After driving the car for two weeks I called the dealership and told them the issues I was having with the car they told to take the car to O’Reillys and have them put it on the computer and write the code numbers down and bring it to them and they will take care of those issues so when I took it back in for service and gave them codes from o’Reillys(2 things)oxygen sensor fuel sensor complementary oil change and back brakes were making noise was a separate issue they said they would take care of those things they kept the car for one week and did not fix any of the issues that we discussed I have gotten nothing but lies from this dealership from purchase to the service department while they wait for the 30 day dealership warranty to expire I would not recommend Victory Chevrolet Buick in Paola Kansas to anyone
