Inaccurate Information, Poor Customer Service

Advertised vehicle online, took 3 days to respond, stated vehicle was “unavailable “, but still advertising it over a week later. Sent me spam emails, had me on a Spam email list. My coworkers wanted me of how this dealership does business, very unsatisfactory business ethics.

Got what I think was a good deal on a used car but had to go through the usual song and dance. Actually left the dealership over a small amount but they called me back within a few minutes. Salesman was okay but the manager didn't want to give in on $300 "document" fees. Finally settled on $200 more off on car.

This place is awful!!

Don’t take your vehicle here. They sabatoge your vehicle so you have to buy parts. They lie and overcharge you. I know others that the same thing has happened to them here. They also do not warranty their work so if you they “fix” something and it’s still not right you have to pay again. I may call the Better Business Bureau!!
