I brought my truck in on Monday to find out if the harmonic balancer on the engine would be covered under warranty. I was charged $180 to find out that it was not. So to find out if the waranty covers something, cost you? I was a mechanic til 3 years ago when I had found out that I had broke my back, Kurt has known me going on 30 years or better plus several of your other employees know me. (1IHe knew that the truck was my present to myself for coming back from deployment March 2013, with injures right shoulder, back, knees, ankles.) Why do you have to pay if you want to know information? That dose not seam rite to me, I'm thinking that I need a refund of my money. I was so upset that I drove to ford to look at the F350 crew cab, blue, with 6.7 diesel in it that cought my eye last week. $80,000. My credt is going up after I was off work because of the surgery I had the previous year off unemployed. So Mid summer I wil Be Geting me a Ford, second one that I ever owned. I used to say that my 1929 would be the only Ford that I would ever Own!!!!
