Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. From start to finish, it’s been nothing but lies, stalling tactics, and outright incompetence. They lure you in with gimmicks to “come down to the store,” but once they have your time and attention, everything changes. Suddenly, it’s endless games with the numbers, excuses, and long waits for even the simplest answers. I was promised my application would be processed last night — that was a lie. End of business came and went, and suddenly it’s “tomorrow.” When I asked for a simple down payment figure, I waited over an hour for an answer, and even then it was a ridiculous number with no explanation. To make it worse, they never even submitted my full income (including VA benefits) to the lenders, so they weren’t even working with an accurate picture of what I can afford. That’s not just lazy, that’s dishonest. And of course, the oldest trick in the book — the “you’ll need a co-signer” line. Classic dealership scam to make you feel like you’re the problem, when in reality, it’s their lack of effort and integrity. This entire process has been a total waste of my time. If this is how they treat potential buyers, imagine how they treat you once you’ve signed papers and they have your money. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. This place is a joke, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear.
