Worst service experience I’ve ever had not even deserving
Worst service experience I’ve ever had not even deserving 1 star service tech destroyed tailgate on new 2024 Silverado only 8500 miles on truck! Had to have tailgate replaced and dealership didn’t want to pay for replacement was able to get service mgr. to agree to pay for half, but they should’ve paid for everything!!
