Very Good Service

I bought a new car at this dealership. They were very efficient, and it was a good experience. Maynard was my car salesman. I did most of the work by phone or the internet and when it was time to pick up the car everything was in order.

Worst service ever from a Christian dealership!

Waited for 3 months for a vehicle that was told would be perfect for us just waiting for it to get to the dealership. Left messages and talked to Maynard that we were still interested in the vehicle. Maynard called me saying it was ready but I wasn’t able to come in for 3 days due to work so when I was off I called back to ask if we still could come look at the vehicle and Maynard sold it out from underneath of us the day before. Would give all zero stars if I could and will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. It is very rude and horrible to do that and was the worst service I have ever got buying cars!

The buying experience that I had from Max Myers Motors and my salesman Max Miller has to be the best car buying experience hands down that I have ever had. Never have I dealt with such a fantastic automotive dealership or professional salesperson. I was an out of town customer (Dallas, Texas) who purchased a used 1999 Bentley Arnage from Maynard Miller. I noticed the vehicle online on cars.com and I called the sales department. Right away from the moment of taking my call Maynard was able to provide me with answers to all my questions, concerns and requests. Communication was fantastic with him and the other employees as well and they always made themselves available when I called. Maynard even helped me with the logistics for having the vehicle shipped and he kept me updated all along the way during the entire process. The condition of the vehicle was completely as described and Maynard was very accurate and honest in his description of the vehicle's condition over the phone and even went to the trouble to provide me with additional pictures that he took of the vehicle and emailed to me prior to my purchase of it. When the vehicle arrived the overall condition of the car was literally like brand new and it actually exceeded my expectations especially for a 19 year old used car. All the folks I dealt with at Max Myers Motors over the phone really made me feel like family and I never had any concerns when dealing with them from such a long distance away. I look forward to hopefully doing business with both Maynard and Max Myers Motors again in the near future. Anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle whether they are local or out of state purchasers should absolutely without a doubt contact Maynard for their next vehicle needs.
