**Caution: Dealership Breaches Contracts** This dealership has violated contractual obligations. They collected a deposit of $1,000 to secure a vehicle, but the salesperson had misrepresented the interest rate that could not be honored. After completing the transaction, the office refused to refund the credit card without the card being present. Despite our four-hour distance, we were informed that they would contact us the following day to determine whether to send an overnight check or regular mail. However, they claimed that the owner would not be available until after 10:00 AM the next morning. We have yet to receive a call or an overnight check. The salesperson asserted that he did not “own” the establishment. To avoid potential financial losses and time delays, we strongly advise you to seek alternative dealerships.

Frederick A. DeVoe founded Fred DeVoe Chevrolet in February 1966. Fred retired in 1990 and the franchise was operated and managed by Fred's two sons Scott DeVoe and Tom DeVoe through 2006. In January 2007 Tom sold his interest to Scott who is now the sole owner of DeVoe Chevrolet. The dealership has grown consistently from its inception in 1966.
