I hate every part of the car buying process, but Steve made it painless and bearable. He was extremely professional, respectful, and listened to my situation as I had negative equity in my trade in. But he went above and beyond to get me into a new car with a doable payment.

I liked the sales team. Honest and kind. I strongly dislike the price markup, however. The advertised price (of all used cars at this dealership) does not include an already applied z-shield. So every used car is actually 1399 dollars more than the advertised price. I was told this is a marketing decision to bring in more buyers, that if they advertised the actual cost including their already applied paint shield, they would get fewer customers looking at the cars. I bought the car anyway, as my daughter loved the vehicle. i told them, however, that i found the bait and switch pricing to be borderline fraudulent and it left me with a bad experience overall.
