Very Poor communication
I was preapprooved for a car with excellent credit and a cash downpayment. Had I known I would have paid cash for the car! Instead it seemed obvious the car was being held for somebody else. After 4 days of trying I was still NEVER notified the car was sold! I found out by checking the website today! Four days of no return calls, no texts and no emails ! What a way to do business! Never use this dealer or Cars.com!
