They were rude and unprofessional.
They were rude and unprofessional. Treated us like they’d rather be doing something else instead of having to sell a car. I showed them the offer in writing for my vehicle (it was about $1200 more) told them if they would match the offer we’d buy from them right then - saleswomen talked to her VW sales manager and came back and told us they said we should buy from the other dealer so we did. Lou Bachrodt treats you like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Will never consider them when buying another car.

I brought it in due to no heat inside the car.
I brought it in due to no heat inside the car. $1700.00 later and still no heat. I’m going to check a few things then I’ll probably need to take it back. I brought my car in for service.
