I called to schedule my oil change and tire rotation
I called to schedule my oil change and tire rotation about 3 days prior to my appointment. While on the phone, I asked for a quote and I was told, ?$79.99 for the oil change and $24.99 for the tire rotation.? Fast forward to my appointment, all went well and at checkout, I had a told over $160.00. The two employees at the desk said, well that doesn?t include labor and parts (oil filter), that?s just the price of the oil. Now, one would think, if you ask for quote, the price given would be the price out the door. I felt as if your advertisement and quote was very false and inadequate representation of the price I?d have to pay. It was a great move to get me in the door and then pull over additional cost at checkout once the work was done. Now, I and numerous family members have been shopping at your business for years and I know this isn?t par for the course. I?ve bought one brand new vehicle from your business, and one new/ like new used. I?ve never had issues like this and I expected more truthfulness from a business that has been around for years and has a good name. To top it off, the tech who changed my oil made comment about my oil pressure being close to low, but then passed off the information to someone who had no clue about the mechanical side of things. This person could not tell me a thing about the concern the tech had.(which the said right away). The truck is 1500 3.0 diesel and from my understanding, normal oil pressure is between 30-40psi while under 2500rpms. If this was a concern, why did the tech not reference a diesel mechanic from your team or make sure someone could explain to the customer more about it? Your staff is helpful, kind and always willing to go above and beyond, but this trip things were a bit off. I?m not sure if it?s the holiday rush or them being overworked and quality and care is slipping, but hopefully your quotes in the future are more honest and your staff can find time to elaborate more about a concern.

From start to finish, everyone was amazing.
From start to finish, everyone was amazing. I've never had a sales associate sit and explain all the features and controls of the vehicle before you left the parking lot. You usually have to sit there for an hour and try to figure out how to drive your car or to turn the lights on or off not in this case everything was covered! I felt comfortable, confident and welcomed every step of the experience in the buying process I couldn't recommend them more!

Do not schedule an appointment for service on line.
Do not schedule an appointment for service on line. They can and will override it with call in appointments. They cancelled mine because the date which was accepted on line had all ready been taken by a call in so mine was cancelled the day before I was scheduled. Not happy at all. Reschedule with another dealership to get my car worked on. This has happened twice now. There won't be a third time. I will go elsewhere for services. A very unhappy former customer who had purchased 3 new vehicles from them since 2017.
